Unfortunately, such sellers are in the majority on Internet ad boards. Unlike them, our site brings together only honest breeders in Ukraine. Breeders work officially: they are registered within international felinological or cynological organizations. With documents from these organizations, pets can participate in breeding and perform at exhibitions, as well as get registered in a clubs.
Pets from 3 months
According to the standards, a baby is given to a new home no earlier than 3 months. At this age, a kitten or puppy already has independent living skills and the first vaccinations and is no longer so vulnerable to infections.
Health control
Our breeders allow to breed only healthy cats and dogs without genetic and other defects. All babies receive vaccinations against major infections, deworming, flea treatment, and undergo a veterinary examination.

Buying a pet from Ukraine: a comfortable price with decent quality
The low cost of Ukrainian pets is not due to lower quality, but to the fact that the cost of living in Ukraine is generally lower: veterinary services, food, and veterinary medicines are cheaper, and breeders take less than those in wealthy countries.
If you are buying a pet from Ukraine, you should pay attention to a few things
Buying a pet at regular classifieds sites in Ukraine or on social media is a risk. Often, outbred or crossbreeds, and even sick pets are sold there under the guise of purebred cats and dogs. Another risk is to meet scammers who will take your money and send you an ordinary street cat instead of a purebred, or no cat at all.
It’s hard to check the seller, especially if you’re in another country. But if you buy at lapa.shop, you can be sure. Only legal and reliable breeders sell kittens and puppies on our website. Each of them has a certificate that gives them the right to breed pets. Plus, they all additionally pass our check. HOW TO BUY ON LAPA.SHOP WEBSITE
At any stage of the purchase and after it, you can contact Lapa administration for help.
Step 1 🐾 You choose a kitten or puppy on our website. Or, if you have not found anyone, send us an application for an individual search.
Step 2 🐾 If you choose a pet that suits you, you pay a deposit. This is 50% of the price (if you need to wait until the baby grows up or the breeder prepares the documents) or 100% (if the cat or dog is ready to go to a new home within a week). In this case, the contract signed by the buyer and the breeder is applied. If it is not signed, the Lapa.shop Public Offer is valid by default from the moment the deposit is paid. If 50% of the cost has been paid in advance, the other half must be paid before the pet leaves.
Step 3 🐾 You wait for the courier to arrive and meet the pet in your city or at the airport of arrival.

WHAT KIND OF CATS ARE THERE ON LAPA.SHOP?
Purebred pets are divided into 3 classes: pet (“domestic pet”), breed (pets suitable for having kittens), and show (promising for exhibitions). Prices for cats of various classes differ. Some breeders sell breed-class or show-class kittens as a pet-class if the buyer guarantees that the pet will not be used for breeding. Two prices are indicated next to such kittens: “for adoption” and “for breeding”.
WHAT KIND OF DOGS ARE THERE ON LAPA.SHOP?
Dogs are also divided into 3 classes, but the price is usually the same. By default, a dog is sold with the right to breed.
ABOUT DELIVERY FROM LAPA.SHOP
The pets sold on lapa.shop live in the families of breeders in Ukraine and go to their new homes from them. If you need to bring a kitten or puppy from Ukraine, the delivery is made by a courier in his own car. Or the courier sends the kitten by air if the distance is long. Delivery is not included in the price of a kitten or puppy and is paid separately! See prices for delivery to cities around the world here. The delivery price already includes the paperwork required to cross the border.
Delivery is carried out by professional couriers specializing in the transportation of pets. Couriers do their best to minimize the stress of relocating. They put a kitten or puppy in a comfortable box and cover it so that the pet is less afraid. Your pet is fed and cared for on the way. If kittens and puppies travel with a human in a car, they will be placed in a heated interior or trunk in winter and air-conditioned in summer.
LAPA SERVICE OPERATION DURING THE WAR
Our breeders are located in relatively safe regions of Ukraine. The administration of lapa.shop is located in the city of Lviv in the west of the country. We do not offer kittens and puppies from the occupied territories and frontline zones. If force majeure occurs and the kitten or puppy cannot be delivered, the breeder will refund the entire amount paid back to the buyer.
