All goods are delivered to the buyer from the manufacturer’s warehouse. Delivery is at the expense of the buyer, and the price is based on the shipping rates of the postal service.

• Delivery is at the expense of the buyer at the carrier’s tariffs: for Ukraine — to the “Nova Poshta” point or by courier delivery to your address;
• Outside Ukraine — by “Ukrposhta” (delivery time is from 2 to 7 weeks).

Return product

Check the product’s integrity as soon as you receive it. If you see damage, refuse the product and write a damage report. Then the seller will send you a new product and you will receive it as soon as possible.

If you picked up the product at the post office or from a courier and it hasn’t been used yet, but you notice that it is the wrong size or color, or has defects (uneven seams, etc.), you can return it. Returns can be made within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returns are made up to the buyer.
