Shipping and payment

Product will be sent after 100% prepayment, because most of the products are made to order.

All goods are delivered to the buyer from the manufacturer’s warehouse. Delivery is at the buyer’s expense at the carrier’s rates:

• for Ukraine — to Nova Poshta (which accepts goods weighing more than 5 kg) or by courier delivery to your address;
• abroad — by Ukrposhta (delivery time is from 2 to 7 weeks).

Preparation for sending an order for a product in stock takes 1 to 3 business days. In case the product is available to order, but it is not currently available ready-made, the production time is 2-5 days.

Return product

Check the product’s integrity as soon as you receive it. If you find any damage to the product, immediately refuse the product and document the damage. Then the seller will send you a new product and you will receive it as soon as possible.

If you picked up the product at the post office or from a courier and it hasn’t been used yet, but you notice that it is the wrong size or color, or has defects (uneven seams, etc.), you can return it. Returns can be made within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returns are made at the buyer’s expense.
