Hands down highly recommend an exceptional experience. Our main form of communication was through WhatsApp as it was international. We asked lots of questions as we were getting two kittens from different breeders with the intention of breeding them ourselves. They answered all of our many many questions with no problems. Maine coon kitten: from Ukraine to Poland When our beloved cat passed away, we decided that filling the hole in our hearts with a new kitten was not the worst idea. We currently live in Poland, and honestly, choosing a kitten here is not that easy: you have to examine OLX, open announcements, usually with low-quality photos and lots of missing information, like breeder name, contact info, medical documents, date of birth, etc. You have to spend hours choosing a kitten, contacting each breeder individually, and building a relationship with each of them. And you still have to think about the delivery. Lapa Shop was a revelation for me: an easy-to-use website with filters (so I could filter only male Maine Coons, which was impossible on OLX), quality photos, tons of info on each of the kittens, and most importantly, really quick feedback from the team, sending new actual photos and videos of kittens we liked. In general, the process from the first message to the kitten's arrival from Ukraine to Poland took 2 weeks (and this included recovery from castration). Having seen the kitten Crowley on your website, we realized at first glance that he was our boy. Kittens of this breed are active, friendly, playful, loving, with a strong psyche. They are also described as "cat-dogs", loyal, meek, with high intelligence and a tendency to learn commands. Our kitten fully meets every characteristic of the breed. He is gentle and loving, he has become a loyal companion for me, pleasantly surprising me with the speed of assimilation and learning of commands and a really strong psyche, which is very important in our time. Meek towards our other cats, he loves to wash them and does not ignore games with both other pets and people. An incredibly beautiful, gentle giant. Moderately active, moderately calm, not inclined to harm in any way. He loves to walk in the backyard, and in general it should be noted that these cats do not belong in a studio apartment or in a small house: they need space. Has bought the Maine Coon We have two Maine Coons and what can I say: if you've got this cat, it's a lifelong love. And rarely do you have just one Maine Coon. It’s a cat-dog. It chooses its person and becomes their other half . It's very friendly with other family members too, lies in laps, and cuddles, but with its person, it's a whole different level . These cats get along very well with small children (like dogs) and other animals. Though they do like to hunt smaller creatures. I have never noticed any vengefulness in them. They are always welcoming, follow you around, love to talk with people, and always respond. When I come home, they're already waiting by the door, like dogs. Overall, these are very intelligent, relatively calm, very good companion cats. Not suitable for those with allergies to fur. There's a lot of fur in the apartment. But compared to the benefits this family member brings, the fur is a minor issue. Such a tail! And the size! You pick them up and it's like having a medium-sized dog.

Such A Incredible Company And Service I first became aware of Lapa.Shop whilst searching for a Munchkin kitten here in the UK, which I soon discovered was more difficult than I imagined it would be. While the craftsman did a great job to craft a perfect wheel for us, 180cm in diameter, Lapa always communicated with us so we were always up to date. We could choose the color of the wood and the color of the carpet. We got photos and video when the wheel was done. The parts of the wheel arrived to us in a very good condition. We bought a wheel to assemble. All parts were properly wrapped. Assembling was a bit tricky but not that difficult. After assembling we showed our cats the wheel. With the wheel we also got a laser pointer as a gift to help them getting used to the wheel. It will need some time to train them using the wheel, but at least they are not scared of it and we can lure them into it with the laser pointer and even when the wheel starts to turn, they don't leave it in panic. It all started on 17th of September and It arrived on the 26th of October, over 60 emails between us, very helpful in every step and trustworthy. We can clearly recommend.

After losing our precious cream point persian in October this year, we were struggling to find anywhere in the UK that bred this type of persian. So I decided to check Europe. We found lapa. And how lucky we were that we did. From the start of the conversation in November, they have been very helpful, with updates, videos and also advise on what to feed etc. There were no issues with payments going through, as they were able to send me a link to pay by card. They gave me the transporters phone nunber to contact on day of departure, where they will send you updates via video of your pet. It took around 5 half days to the UK from Ukraine. I was worried he would be stressed, however upon arrival, he was just desperate to get out of his carrier. Once inside the house, he settled straight away, playing and purring. Would i recommend lapa, absolutely, if you are considering buying a breed from Europe you can 100% trust laoa. I cant thank you enough for all you have done. And finding the best breeders. I don't know if it is lack of my english knowledge or what. Maybe stupid questions too. But this was our first time and we wanted to know everything. Who doesn't? Sure i wanted to know that everything is well and healthy. And if i were a breeder i wouldn't sell to a buyer who is not interested at all. In the end, we got everything we needed. We agreed transportation to Finland, but when it was time to pick up puppy the transportation could not be arranged to Finland and we had to get it from Estonia. As we did not want to wait any longer. Rehoming went 2 weeks over already. If we ever get a puppy in the future, we will seriously consider Lapashop again.

They are very intelligent and friendly cats. They are moderately independent but not at all aggressive; on the contrary, they are loving. Boni chose me as her favorite owner, but she also gets along well with others in the family. She and my daughter are buddies and mischief-makers; Boni allows hugs, strokes, and kisses. We say she is our little stress reliever. She's not picky about food; the main thing is to take good care of her. She eats only holistic food, which we stick to. The only thing future owners should be prepared for (if they don't already know): these cats are large and having a lot of fur on your clothes is guaranteed.

Having previously owned Scottish Folds/Straights, Neva Masquerade, and Egyptian cats, I can say as a Maine Coon owner that it's an incredible breed. Despite their predatory appearance, you get a gentle, playful companion who spends most of their time with you. I definitely recommend it.

Wall-mounted cat wheel Recently bought a running wheel from Lapa, cats are satisfied :) Communication with the manager was super clear and there is an option to choose different options for colors/size of the wheel. Took about 10 days to manufacture and deliver, has better quality than the other wheels I had before (no open wood joints for example), was simple to assemble, and it's perfectly silent compared to a floor wheel (most important for when the cat decides that 3am is the best time to GALLOP — was actually the primary reason for a new wheel) They also put a laser pointer in the package, I assume to train the cats to use the wheel. Mine already knew what to do, but still a cool extra :)

Best decision I ever made!! After being scammed a couple of times by “breeders” in the USA, I decided to take a chance with Lapa and it was the best decision I could have made! I was very nervous since they were over seas but that went away very quickly with how they handled everything. I was able to do video calls with them to see the kittens and after that they stayed in contact and still even check in to see how the kitten are. The two Maine Coon breeders who I got both my kittens from gave me all the information I needed when it came to feeding and taking care of them. Even with the language difference they did very well.

Despite the long fur, this is the only cat breed that can be kept by people prone to allergies (I've heard this from more than one doctor). One notable feature is the size, so the litter box needs to be large, otherwise there can be problems. There should also be grooming care; you can take them to a groomer once a month. I definitely recommend this breed!
