							Five stars all the way Five stars all the way. We are located in South Carolina, USA. We purchased two purebred Maine coon kittens through this company. Hands down highly recommend an exceptional experience. Our main form of communication was through WhatsApp as it was international. Always responded thoroughly within less than 24 hours to all messaging even given the time change. We asked lots of questions as we were getting two kittens from different breeders with the intention of breeding them ourselves. They answered all of our many many questions with no problems. We made payments through PayPal with no issues. They provided video and pictures several times of the kittens while we waited for them to be old enough to ship internationally. We reserved them when they were about a month away from being able to be old enough to fly. Yulia and The international courier company was astounding that they had us work with for the trip. The kittens were safely and healthy moved and taken care of by the breeders. We were given video evidence of this. We were given video footage of the kittens upon arriving just prior to their travel date when they met each other for the first time and just before they traveled together. The airline was very responsible. No issues with the travel. Yulia, The representative we spoke with directly also through WhatsApp regarding the travel arrangements was also again very helpful and responsive and friendly and coordinated everything for us and kept of informed every step and Answering all of my questions. The local agent, Britnei, that we met in person at our nearest major international airport was friendly and had lots of experience in getting the paperwork and the kittens cleared with all the paperwork. All we had to do was pick out our kittens, make our payments, choose our dates for arrival and show up at the airport. It was a seamless experience. Highly recommend and will definitely be getting more in the future. As of writing, this, we have had our kittens for over six weeks. They are both beautiful, extremely wonderful and healthy kittens and already part of the family.

							Has bought the Neva masquerade cat I looked for a Siberian kitten for a year before adopting my kitten. I had one "breeder" in the US try to scam me. Others I spoke to had long wait lists. I liked being able to see pictures and video of the kittens instead of getting on a waiting list, not knowing when I would get a kitten, etc. Ruslan was extremely helpful with the entire process of getting my kitten. He answered any questions I had and made the process really easy. He sent updated pictures of my kitten when I inquired about her. My kitten, Ellie, is wonderful. She is playful and has a really fun personality. Everything went just as Ruslan told me it would. We will definitely use Lapa again for our next kitten. I appreciate that the breeder had her spade. She arrived in good condition. I loved the videos I received. When my vet checked her vaccinations and microchip based on her passport, everything was good. There was one vaccination that required multiple injections that she still needed one shot of. Other than that, everything was done. My vet said that she was perfectly healthy. Her breed is exactly like I expected. I had done a lot of research prior to choosing her breed. I love her funny antics. Many articles I read said that Siberians are the dogs of the cat world. She is so curious. Ellie even plays fetch with us. It is so cute and hilarious to watch her. She is very playful with us and her toys, likes to play with water, is great in the bath, doesn't mind being groomed; she has the behaviors that I expected from my research. She is absolutely beautiful.

							Maine coon kitten: from Ukraine to Poland When our beloved cat passed away, we decided that filling the hole in our hearts with a new kitten was not the worst idea. We currently live in Poland, and honestly, choosing a kitten here is not that easy: you have to examine OLX, open announcements, usually with low-quality photos and lots of missing information, like breeder name, contact info, medical documents, date of birth, etc. You have to spend hours choosing a kitten, contacting each breeder individually, and building a relationship with each of them. And you still have to think about the delivery. Lapa Shop was a revelation for me: an easy-to-use website with filters (so I could filter only male Maine Coons, which was impossible on OLX), quality photos, tons of info on each of the kittens, and most importantly, really quick feedback from the team, sending new actual photos and videos of kittens we liked. In general, the process from the first message to the kitten's arrival from Ukraine to Poland took 2 weeks (and this included recovery from castration). I got recommendations on which breeders are better and more reliable, and I received answers to all my questions. Delivery was organized without my effort; all I needed to do was provide the address—and that's it. Probably it was a long and lonely journey for the kitten (he was quite stressed when he arrived), but I believe he doesn't even remember it anymore :) So in general, I can recommend Lapa Shop for sure if you are looking for a new friend and family member. Having seen the kitten Crowley on your website, we realized at first glance that he was our boy. Kittens of this breed are active, friendly, playful, loving, with a strong psyche. They are also described as "cat-dogs", loyal, meek, with high intelligence and a tendency to learn commands. Our kitten fully meets every characteristic of the breed. He is gentle and loving, he has become a loyal companion for me, pleasantly surprising me with the speed of assimilation and learning of commands and a really strong psyche, which is very important in our time. Meek towards our other cats, he loves to wash them and does not ignore games with both other pets and people. An incredibly beautiful, gentle giant. Moderately active, moderately calm, not inclined to harm in any way. He loves to walk in the backyard, and in general it should be noted that these cats do not belong in a studio apartment or in a small house: they need space. Maine Coons are also purrs and love to talk, but it is difficult to call their meow obsessive or annoying, these sounds are not loud, but rather, soothe and evoke pleasant emotions. 							Has bought the Maine Coon We have two Maine Coons and what can I say: if you've got this cat, it's a lifelong love. And rarely do you have just one Maine Coon. It’s a cat-dog. It's very friendly with other family members too, lies in laps, and cuddles, but with its person, it's a whole different level <img role="img" class="emoji" alt="😻" src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/15.0.3/svg/1f63b.svg"><img role="img" class="emoji" alt="❤️" src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/15.0.3/svg/2764.svg">. These cats get along very well with small children (like dogs) and other animals. Though they do like to hunt smaller creatures. I have never noticed any vengefulness in them. They are always welcoming, follow you around, love to talk with people, and always respond. When I come home, they're already waiting by the door, like dogs. Overall, these are very intelligent, relatively calm, very good companion cats. Not suitable for those with allergies to fur. There's a lot of fur in the apartment. But compared to the benefits this family member brings, the fur is a minor issue. Such a tail! And the size! You pick them up and it's like having a medium-sized dog.

While the craftsman did a great job to craft a perfect wheel for us, 180cm in diameter, Lapa always communicated with us so we were always up to date. We could choose the color of the wood and the color of the carpet. We got photos and video when the wheel was done. The parts of the wheel arrived to us in a very good condition. We bought a wheel to assemble. All parts were properly wrapped. Assembling was a bit tricky but not that difficult. After assembling we showed our cats the wheel. With the wheel we also got a laser pointer as a gift to help them getting used to the wheel. It will need some time to train them using the wheel, but at least they are not scared of it and we can lure them into it with the laser pointer and even when the wheel starts to turn, they don't leave it in panic. It all started on 17th of September and It arrived on the 26th of October, over 60 emails between us, very helpful in every step and trustworthy. We can clearly recommend.

They gave me the transporters phone nunber to contact on day of departure, where they will send you updates via video of your pet. It took around 5 half days to the UK from Ukraine. I was worried he would be stressed, however upon arrival, he was just desperate to get out of his carrier. Once inside the house, he settled straight away, playing and purring. I don't know if it is lack of my english knowledge or what. Maybe stupid questions too. But this was our first time and we wanted to know everything. Who doesn't? Sure i wanted to know that everything is well and healthy. And if i were a breeder i wouldn't sell to a buyer who is not interested at all. In the end, we got everything we needed. We agreed transportation to Finland, but when it was time to pick up puppy the transportation could not be arranged to Finland and we had to get it from Estonia. As we did not want to wait any longer. Rehoming went 2 weeks over already. If we ever get a puppy in the future, we will seriously consider Lapashop again.

							Wall-mounted cat wheel Recently bought a running wheel from Lapa, cats are satisfied :) Communication with the manager was super clear and there is an option to choose different options for colors/size of the wheel. Took about 10 days to manufacture and deliver, has better quality than the other wheels I had before (no open wood joints for example), was simple to assemble, and it's perfectly silent compared to a floor wheel (most important for when the cat decides that 3am is the best time to GALLOP — was actually the primary reason for a new wheel) They also put a laser pointer in the package, I assume to train the cats to use the wheel. Mine already knew what to do, but still a cool extra :)

							Best decision I ever made!! After being scammed a couple of times by “breeders” in the USA, I decided to take a chance with Lapa and it was the best decision I could have made! I was very nervous since they were over seas but that went away very quickly with how they handled everything. I was able to do video calls with them to see the kittens and after that they stayed in contact and still even check in to see how the kitten are. The two Maine Coon breeders who I got both my kittens from gave me all the information I needed when it came to feeding and taking care of them. Even with the language difference they did very well.

							Has bought the Maine Coon I like everything about the breed. It can safely be adopted by families with small children. Playful, not aggressive. Children love them. Despite the long fur, this is the only cat breed that can be kept by people prone to allergies (I've heard this from more than one doctor). One notable feature is the size, so the litter box needs to be large, otherwise there can be problems. There should also be grooming care; you can take them to a groomer once a month. I definitely recommend this breed!
