To reserve a kitten or puppy, you need to pay a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is payable before the pet is sent to its new home. Once you’ve paid the deposit, your money is held in escrow until the breeder confirms the sale. The breeder will confirm or reject the reservation within 24 hours. If the breeder declines, your deposit will be fully refunded.
Once the sale is confirmed, the pet is reserved for you and will not be offered to anyone else. If you change your mind after 24 hours, the deposit will remain with the breeder as compensation for missed opportunities. Therefore, we recommend clarifying any important details before making the deposit.
If the reserved kitten or puppy passes away, falls ill, or develops a defect after you’ve placed the deposit, the breeder is required to inform you. At that point, you can choose to either have your deposit refunded or accept a replacement offered by the breeder.
We guarantee the delivery of your pet or will refund your money if delivery becomes impossible due to force majeure on our side. The delivery is handled by professional pet couriers. You can read more about delivery options and costs by following the link.
