Hands down highly recommend an exceptional experience. Our main form of communication was through WhatsApp as it was international. Always responded thoroughly within less than 24 hours to all messaging even given the time change. We asked lots of questions as we were getting two kittens from different breeders with the intention of breeding them ourselves. They answered all of our many many questions with no problems. We made payments through PayPal with no issues. They provided video and pictures several times of the kittens while we waited for them to be old enough to ship internationally. We reserved them when they were about a month away from being able to be old enough to fly. Yulia and The international courier company was astounding that they had us work with for the trip. The kittens were safely and healthy moved and taken care of by the breeders. We were given video evidence of this. We were given video footage of the kittens upon arriving just prior to their travel date when they met each other for the first time and just before they traveled together. The airline was very responsible. No issues with the travel. Yulia, The representative we spoke with directly also through WhatsApp regarding the travel arrangements was also again very helpful and responsive and friendly and coordinated everything for us and kept of informed every step and Answering all of my questions. Has bought the Neva masquerade cat I looked for a Siberian kitten for a year before adopting my kitten. I had one "breeder" in the US try to scam me. Others I spoke to had long wait lists. I liked being able to see pictures and video of the kittens instead of getting on a waiting list, not knowing when I would get a kitten, etc. Ruslan was extremely helpful with the entire process of getting my kitten. It chooses its person and becomes their other half . It's very friendly with other family members too, lies in laps, and cuddles, but with its person, it's a whole different level . These cats get along very well with small children (like dogs) and other animals. Though they do like to hunt smaller creatures. I have never noticed any vengefulness in them. They are always welcoming, follow you around, love to talk with people, and always respond. When I come home, they're already waiting by the door, like dogs. Overall, these are very intelligent, relatively calm, very good companion cats. Not suitable for those with allergies to fur. There's a lot of fur in the apartment. But compared to the benefits this family member brings, the fur is a minor issue. Such a tail! And the size! You pick them up and it's like having a medium-sized dog.

Such A Incredible Company And Service I first became aware of Lapa.Shop whilst searching for a Munchkin kitten here in the UK, which I soon discovered was more difficult than I imagined it would be. After several days of getting nowhere, I discovered the website for Lapa.Shop. To say I was in a little doubt on whether this was a legitimate company or not was an understatement. While the craftsman did a great job to craft a perfect wheel for us, 180cm in diameter, Lapa always communicated with us so we were always up to date. We could choose the color of the wood and the color of the carpet. We got photos and video when the wheel was done. The parts of the wheel arrived to us in a very good condition. We bought a wheel to assemble. All parts were properly wrapped. Assembling was a bit tricky but not that difficult. After assembling we showed our cats the wheel. With the wheel we also got a laser pointer as a gift to help them getting used to the wheel. It will need some time to train them using the wheel, but at least they are not scared of it and we can lure them into it with the laser pointer and even when the wheel starts to turn, they don't leave it in panic. It all started on 17th of September and It arrived on the 26th of October, over 60 emails between us, very helpful in every step and trustworthy. We can clearly recommend.

After losing our precious cream point persian in October this year, we were struggling to find anywhere in the UK that bred this type of persian. So I decided to check Europe. We found lapa. And how lucky we were that we did. From the start of the conversation in November, they have been very helpful, with updates, videos and also advise on what to feed etc. There were no issues with payments going through, as they were able to send me a link to pay by card. They gave me the transporters phone nunber to contact on day of departure, where they will send you updates via video of your pet. It took around 5 half days to the UK from Ukraine. I was worried he would be stressed, however upon arrival, he was just desperate to get out of his carrier. Once inside the house, he settled straight away, playing and purring. Would i recommend lapa, absolutely, if you are considering buying a breed from Europe you can 100% trust laoa. I cant thank you enough for all you have done. And finding the best breeders. I don't know if it is lack of my english knowledge or what. Maybe stupid questions too. But this was our first time and we wanted to know everything. Who doesn't? Sure i wanted to know that everything is well and healthy. And if i were a breeder i wouldn't sell to a buyer who is not interested at all. In the end, we got everything we needed. We agreed transportation to Finland, but when it was time to pick up puppy the transportation could not be arranged to Finland and we had to get it from Estonia. As we did not want to wait any longer. Rehoming went 2 weeks over already. If we ever get a puppy in the future, we will seriously consider Lapashop again.

Best decision I ever made!! After being scammed a couple of times by “breeders” in the USA, I decided to take a chance with Lapa and it was the best decision I could have made! I was very nervous since they were over seas but that went away very quickly with how they handled everything. I was able to do video calls with them to see the kittens and after that they stayed in contact and still even check in to see how the kitten are. The two Maine Coon breeders who I got both my kittens from gave me all the information I needed when it came to feeding and taking care of them. Even with the language difference they did very well.

Despite the long fur, this is the only cat breed that can be kept by people prone to allergies (I've heard this from more than one doctor). One notable feature is the size, so the litter box needs to be large, otherwise there can be problems. There should also be grooming care; you can take them to a groomer once a month. I definitely recommend this breed!
