To reserve a kitten or puppy, you need to pay a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is payable before the pet is sent to its new home. Once you’ve paid the deposit, your money is held in escrow until the breeder confirms the sale. The breeder will confirm or reject the reservation within 24 hours. If the breeder declines, your deposit will be fully refunded.
Once the sale is confirmed, the pet is reserved for you and will not be offered to anyone else. If you change your mind after 24 hours, the deposit will remain with the breeder as compensation for missed opportunities. Therefore, we recommend clarifying any important details before making the deposit.
If the reserved kitten or puppy passes away, falls ill, or develops a defect after you’ve placed the deposit, the breeder is required to inform you. At that point, you can choose to either have your deposit refunded or accept a replacement offered by the breeder.

Hands down highly recommend an exceptional experience. Our main form of communication was through WhatsApp as it was international. Always responded thoroughly within less than 24 hours to all messaging even given the time change. We asked lots of questions as we were getting two kittens from different breeders with the intention of breeding them ourselves. They answered all of our many many questions with no problems. We made payments through PayPal with no issues. They provided video and pictures several times of the kittens while we waited for them to be old enough to ship internationally. We reserved them when they were about a month away from being able to be old enough to fly. Yulia and The international courier company was astounding that they had us work with for the trip. The kittens were safely and healthy moved and taken care of by the breeders. We were given video evidence of this. We were given video footage of the kittens upon arriving just prior to their travel date when they met each other for the first time and just before they traveled together. The airline was very responsible. No issues with the travel. Yulia, The representative we spoke with directly also through WhatsApp regarding the travel arrangements was also again very helpful and responsive and friendly and coordinated everything for us and kept of informed every step and Answering all of my questions. The local agent, Britnei, that we met in person at our nearest major international airport was friendly and had lots of experience in getting the paperwork and the kittens cleared with all the paperwork. All we had to do was pick out our kittens, make our payments, choose our dates for arrival and show up at the airport. It was a seamless experience. Highly recommend and will definitely be getting more in the future. As of writing, this, we have had our kittens for over six weeks. They are both beautiful, extremely wonderful and healthy kittens and already part of the family.

I appreciate that the breeder had her spade. She arrived in good condition. I loved the videos I received. When my vet checked her vaccinations and microchip based on her passport, everything was good. There was one vaccination that required multiple injections that she still needed one shot of. Other than that, everything was done. My vet said that she was perfectly healthy. Her breed is exactly like I expected. I had done a lot of research prior to choosing her breed. I love her funny antics. Many articles I read said that Siberians are the dogs of the cat world. She is so curious. Ellie even plays fetch with us. It is so cute and hilarious to watch her. She is very playful with us and her toys, likes to play with water, is great in the bath, doesn't mind being groomed; she has the behaviors that I expected from my research. She is absolutely beautiful.

							Maine coon kitten: from Ukraine to Poland When our beloved cat passed away, we decided that filling the hole in our hearts with a new kitten was not the worst idea. We currently live in Poland, and honestly, choosing a kitten here is not that easy: you have to examine OLX, open announcements, usually with low-quality photos and lots of missing information, like breeder name, contact info, medical documents, date of birth, etc. You have to spend hours choosing a kitten, contacting each breeder individually, and building a relationship with each of them. And you still have to think about the delivery. Lapa Shop was a revelation for me: an easy-to-use website with filters (so I could filter only male Maine Coons, which was impossible on OLX), quality photos, tons of info on each of the kittens, and most importantly, really quick feedback from the team, sending new actual photos and videos of kittens we liked. In general, the process from the first message to the kitten's arrival from Ukraine to Poland took 2 weeks (and this included recovery from castration). I got recommendations on which breeders are better and more reliable, and I received answers to all my questions. Delivery was organized without my effort; all I needed to do was provide the address—and that's it. Probably it was a long and lonely journey for the kitten (he was quite stressed when he arrived), but I believe he doesn't even remember it anymore :) So in general, I can recommend Lapa Shop for sure if you are looking for a new friend and family member. They are also described as "cat-dogs", loyal, meek, with high intelligence and a tendency to learn commands. Our kitten fully meets every characteristic of the breed. He is gentle and loving, he has become a loyal companion for me, pleasantly surprising me with the speed of assimilation and learning of commands and a really strong psyche, which is very important in our time. Meek towards our other cats, he loves to wash them and does not ignore games with both other pets and people. An incredibly beautiful, gentle giant. Moderately active, moderately calm, not inclined to harm in any way. He loves to walk in the backyard, and in general it should be noted that these cats do not belong in a studio apartment or in a small house: they need space. Maine Coons are also purrs and love to talk, but it is difficult to call their meow obsessive or annoying, these sounds are not loud, but rather, soothe and evoke pleasant emotions. 							Has bought the Maine Coon We have two Maine Coons and what can I say: if you've got this cat, it's a lifelong love. And rarely do you have just one Maine Coon. It’s a cat-dog. These cats get along very well with small children (like dogs) and other animals. Though they do like to hunt smaller creatures. I have never noticed any vengefulness in them. They are always welcoming, follow you around, love to talk with people, and always respond. When I come home, they're already waiting by the door, like dogs. Overall, these are very intelligent, relatively calm, very good companion cats. Not suitable for those with allergies to fur. There's a lot of fur in the apartment. But compared to the benefits this family member brings, the fur is a minor issue. Such a tail! And the size! You pick them up and it's like having a medium-sized dog.

							Such A Incredible Company And Service I first became aware of Lapa.Shop whilst searching for a Munchkin kitten here in the UK, which I soon discovered was more difficult than I imagined it would be. After several days of getting nowhere, I discovered the website for Lapa.Shop. To say I was in a little doubt on whether this was a legitimate company or not was an understatement. I found a kitten I liked and decided to contact them, after a few messages being exchanged and me doing as much research into the company as possible because of fear of losing so much money I decided I wanted the kitten I had seen on the website but found out that because I had taken so long she had been sold. I was told not to worry as they would find me another one. Within a matter of days, they sent me more pictures of Munchkin kittens, and amongst them was Monica whom I chose. Because of her age, I had to wait 2 months, but Lapa.Shop kept in touch the whole time with videos from Monica's breeder and a video call with the breeder at the start of the process. Monica finally arrived at my home in the UK yesterday via courier, and I could not be happier. I can not praise this company enough, and the care taken by their courier was incredible. Thank you all.

I am from Moldova and it was very difficult for me to find in Ukraine a poodle puppy with specific non-standard parameters - black, large miniature, etc. е. is not at all fashionable. Off to Lapa service. Shop came completely by accident - through a search on the Internet and, as it turned out, got exactly where it needed - I was advised on the situation with poodles, found a suitable puppy, held negotiations with the breeder and helped with the delivery to Moldova.
Thanks to Catherine, all searches and delivery took less than two weeks. Breeder Elena Grechka equipped the dog on the road like a child - and water, and food, and diapers and toys. The courier kept in touch with us all the time, sent several videos from the road. The dog spent about a day on the road, came washed, clean, smelling of shampoo!
I would like to add that the very fact of the existence of the Lapa service. Shop is just a great idea for communication between breeders and buyers, confirmation of breeders' reputation, professional support of the purchase of dog and cats and consultations.

At the start we weren't sure what to expect but after finding the right female cat we got in touch. Initially I had payment problems sending money which came down to security measures with my bank. There are many ads on the internet, and it takes a lot of time to check each seller. 							Has bought the Catwheel We bought a Catwheel through Lapa for our 2 Maine Coon Cats. While the craftsman did a great job to craft a perfect wheel for us, 180cm in diameter, Lapa always communicated with us so we were always up to date. We could choose the color of the wood and the color of the carpet. We got photos and video when the wheel was done. The parts of the wheel arrived to us in a very good condition. We bought a wheel to assemble. All parts were properly wrapped. Assembling was a bit tricky but not that difficult. After assembling we showed our cats the wheel. With the wheel we also got a laser pointer as a gift to help them getting used to the wheel. It will need some time to train them using the wheel, but at least they are not scared of it and we can lure them into it with the laser pointer and even when the wheel starts to turn, they don't leave it in panic. Thank you Lapa and the craftsman for your incredible service. It all started on 17th of September and It arrived on the 26th of October, over 60 emails between us, very helpful in every step and trustworthy. We can clearly recommend.

After losing our precious cream point persian in October this year, we were struggling to find anywhere in the UK that bred this type of persian. So I decided to check Europe. We found lapa. And how lucky we were that we did. From the start of the conversation in November, they have been very helpful, with updates, videos and also advise on what to feed etc. There were no issues with payments going through, as they were able to send me a link to pay by card. They gave me the transporters phone nunber to contact on day of departure, where they will send you updates via video of your pet. It took around 5 half days to the UK from Ukraine. I was worried he would be stressed, however upon arrival, he was just desperate to get out of his carrier. Once inside the house, he settled straight away, playing and purring. Would i recommend lapa, absolutely, if you are considering buying a breed from Europe you can 100% trust laoa. I cant thank you enough for all you have done. And finding the best breeders. Will definitely use you again.

Many thanks for lapashop crew to make it happen and specially breeder for great raising. In this journey where we decided to get a puppy from overseas there was occationally flaws with communication. I don't know if it is lack of my english knowledge or what. Maybe stupid questions too. But this was our first time and we wanted to know everything. Who doesn't? Sure i wanted to know that everything is well and healthy. And if i were a breeder i wouldn't sell to a buyer who is not interested at all. In the end, we got everything we needed. We agreed transportation to Finland, but when it was time to pick up puppy the transportation could not be arranged to Finland and we had to get it from Estonia. As we did not want to wait any longer. Rehoming went 2 weeks over already. If we ever get a puppy in the future, we will seriously consider Lapashop again.

They have long fur: they hardly shed because they groom themselves well, but it is advisable to brush them daily. They enjoy it. Having previously owned Scottish Folds/Straights, Neva Masquerade, and Egyptian cats, I can say as a Maine Coon owner that it's an incredible breed. Took about 10 days to manufacture and deliver, has better quality than the other wheels I had before (no open wood joints for example), was simple to assemble, and it's perfectly silent compared to a floor wheel (most important for when the cat decides that 3am is the best time to GALLOP — was actually the primary reason for a new wheel) They also put a laser pointer in the package, I assume to train the cats to use the wheel. Mine already knew what to do, but still a cool extra :)

							Best decision I ever made!! After being scammed a couple of times by “breeders” in the USA, I decided to take a chance with Lapa and it was the best decision I could have made! I was very nervous since they were over seas but that went away very quickly with how they handled everything. I was able to do video calls with them to see the kittens and after that they stayed in contact and still even check in to see how the kitten are. Despite the long fur, this is the only cat breed that can be kept by people prone to allergies (I've heard this from more than one doctor). One notable feature is the size, so the litter box needs to be large, otherwise there can be problems. There should also be grooming care; you can take them to a groomer once a month.
