We truly believe that every kitten and puppy deserves a loving, caring, and responsible parent. Our mission is to bring happiness into your home, but never at the expense of an animal’s well-being. That’s why we don’t sell pets to just anyone and reserve the right to refuse a sale if we believe the future owner cannot provide proper care. It’s not just you choosing us — we also choose you. Likewise, the breeder has the right to refuse a sale if they feel uncertain about the buyer.
When Might We Refuse to Sell a Pet?
Here are some of the most common reasons why we might decline a sale. This list is not exhaustive, but these are the most frequent cases.
Lack of Understanding of the Breed’s Needs
Some breeds require special care, high activity levels, or strict training. If we see that the buyer is not prepared for the specific needs of a breed, we may suggest an alternative or refuse the sale altogether.
We make such decisions not only for the well-being of the pet but also for your benefit. We know that an unsuitable breed can quickly become a burden, and we want to prevent you from making an impulsive choice. With our extensive experience, we can anticipate certain situations in advance.
A Pet as a Surprise or Gift
We do not sell cats and dogs without the full agreement of the future owner. Getting a pet is a responsible decision, not a surprise that may turn out to be unwanted. The only exception is when parents buy a kitten or puppy for a child who has long dreamed of having one, while the adults take full responsibility for the pet’s care.
Suspicious Buyer Behavior
If a person provides contradictory information, is caught lying, or hides important details, we reserve the right to stop communication.
Refusal to Discuss Care and Maintenance
It is important to us that the buyer understands what to feed the pet, how to care for it, and what documents are required. If someone shows no interest in these topics and refuses to discuss them, it is a red flag. We offer guidance for first-time pet parents, and experienced pet parents can refresh their knowledge with our recommendations.
Intention to Use the Animal for Unauthorized Breeding
If we sell a pet as a companion (without breeding rights), they may not always be neutered/spayed before moving to their new home, as some breeders do not perform this procedure in advance. However, if we suspect that the buyer is falsely claiming to want a companion pet while actually intending to use them for unauthorized breeding, we will stop the sale.
Purchasing on Behalf of a “Friend” or Third Party
If a person is buying a pet not for themselves but “for a friend” or on behalf of someone else without their direct involvement and explicit consent, we have the right to refuse the sale.
Violation of Ethical Standards
Rudeness, aggression, or disrespect toward our managers is grounds for terminating communication. Likewise, if we suspect any involvement in animal cruelty, we will immediately stop the conversation and refuse to sell a pet to such a buyer.
Why Might Negative Reviews Appear After a Refusal?
Some buyers who are declined or with whom we stop communication take it as a personal insult and sometimes leave resentful reviews online. They complain that we stopped responding to their messages or refused to send additional photos and videos, leading them to falsely assume we are running a scam.
In reality, we prioritize the well-being of our pets and do not sell them to those who raise legitimate concerns. We do not engage in conflicts or try to prove our point. Our goal is to find the best home for each pet, not to sell at any cost.

Why Haven’t We Replied to Your Message?
If you are a responsible future pet parent but haven’t received a reply in the messenger, it may be due to a technical issue or a high volume of inquiries, which makes it difficult for us to respond to all messages quickly. Please message us again, and we will make sure to get back to you!
