Pets listed on Lapa.shop live with their breeders’ families in Ukraine and other countries and travel to their new homes directly from them. You may pick up your kitten or puppy in person, or you can arrange delivery through us.
Delivery of a kitten or puppy purchased elsewhere
You can also order delivery through Lapa.shop even if you purchased your cat or dog elsewhere, or if you need to reunite with your pet in another country.
All deliveries arranged through Lapa are carried out by trusted private couriers. We do our best to protect our clients from fraud, which is why we strongly advise against contacting unverified carriers on your own.
Delivery is not included in the price of the pet and is paid separately. Delivery fees are set by the carriers. Lapa does not form or influence delivery prices. The cost depends on multiple factors, including distance, route complexity, the number of pets traveling together, required documentation, and the import regulations of the destination country.
Due to the war, all commercial flights from Ukraine have been suspended. This significantly complicates and increases the cost of long-distance deliveries. In most cases, a kitten or puppy must first be transported to one of the European countries, and only then can continue by air to the final destination. Crossing the EU border requires export and import documents as well as payment for the courier’s services.

- Russia and Belarus, due to military aggression against Ukraine
- African countries
- China, India, Iran, North Korea, and most Asian countries (please confirm details with our manager)
- Most Latin American countries, due to distance and lack of routes (please confirm details with our manager)
- Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania, due to distance and complex animal import regulations

Kitten and puppy delivery by car to European countries
If a kitten or puppy needs to be transported from Ukraine to a European country, delivery is handled by a professional pet courier using their own vehicle. These couriers specialize specifically in animal transportation and do everything possible to minimize travel stress.
Kittens and puppies are placed in comfortable carriers, often covered to help them feel calmer. During the journey, pets are fed and cared for, and dogs are walked regularly. Animals travel inside the vehicle or in a heated luggage compartment in winter and an air-conditioned one in summer. From the moment the pet is handed over, the courier is fully responsible for its condition and well-being.

Please note that dogs may be imported into the USA only if they are older than 6 months. Customs broker services and airport fees are not included. Each airport has its own tariffs, so we recommend confirming these in advance.
Long-distance pet transportation is performed according to airline and courier service tariffs. Pets travel in a specialized animal cargo compartment. In some cases, in-cabin transport with a personal escort is possible — please contact us to confirm availability for your route.
Most kittens and puppies tolerate air travel well. Exceptions may include brachycephalic breeds with shortened muzzles (such as Persian and Exotic cats, Pugs, Bulldogs, and similar breeds). Some airlines prohibit their transport altogether. We recommend checking air transport options in advance or contacting us for guidance.
Delivery prices to Asian countries
Delivery from Ukraine to the Middle East, East Asia, or Southeast Asia is carried out by air to major international airports. Many Asian countries have complex pet import regulations, often requiring import permits and rabies antibody tests, which may add up to three months of waiting time. In some cases, pets must also undergo quarantine upon arrival.
Before purchasing a pet from Ukraine, we strongly recommend reviewing your local import requirements.

Prices shown are approximate and apply to one kitten traveling in a size-3 crate. Group transport reduces the cost per pet. Dog delivery pricing depends on the dog’s size and weight at the time of shipment.
